A dedicated and experienced staff team welcomes you and your party with the promise of a memorable holiday experience, free of stress and the demands of your busy lifestyle.

Your Villa Manager will review your program and living and catering needs for your visit. You can pre-order all your groceries, drinks and other supplies ahead of your visit, and have them waiting on arrival.

If you want to explore the island, the Villa Manager or the Elite Concierge will be happy to arrange for a car and driver, or book island tours or boating trips to offshore islands. They can also arrange Thai massages, spa and beauty therapists, or yoga and other fitness instructors to visit you in the comfort of the villa.

Always at your service, your staff will provide the level of attentiveness you prefer and will tailor their presence accordingly.

Additional staff such as a nanny or babysitter, and drivers are also available on request, at an extra charge.

Villa Manager

Your dedicated Villa Manager is highly experienced in making guests feel welcome and comfortable in their holiday home. They and their team are well connected locally and will make sure that you and your party enjoy the villa at its best, as well as get the opportunity to experience Thailand’s rich and exotic culture and Samui’s exceptional natural beauty.

Resident Chef

Inasia Beach Villa has its own resident chef who will prepare daily breakfast taking note of your special orders and dietary preferences. The chef can also create casual Thai and western-style lunches to be served by the pool or the beach, and delicious gourmet meals for you to enjoy on the beachfront lawn or in the formal dining room. Decide on your preferred menu and they will do the rest so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

Housekeeper

The housekeeping staff takes care of daily room cleaning with bed and bath linens changed every third day or as required. They will also attend to in-house laundry for guests and provide a nightly turndown service, arranging for aromatic oil burners and bedside water.

Handyman / Gardener

A villa estate the size of Inasia Beach Villa needs constant care and maintenance and a dedicated handyman ensures that every aspect of this stunning complex looks tip-top at any given time. Meanwhile, the beautiful, manicured gardens are a testament to the skills of this important member of the team.

Technical / Maintenance

Keeping two swimming pools, waterfalls, eight air-conditioned bedrooms and living and dining spaces functioning 100%, the villa’s technical manager has his hands full.
